We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead the nursing team as a Health Care Director. Your responsibilities will include monitoring medication management, performing resident assessments, providing leadership and guidance on health issues, providing onsite medical care, communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members, championing high quality and infection control, verifying physician orders, communicating move-in/move-out information, and supervising the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders under your authority.

Responsibilities
- Making sure residents receive excellent direct care
- Monitoring medication management
- Performing resident assessments
- Providing leadership and guidance on health issues
- Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members
- Championing high quality and infection control
- Verifying physician orders
- Communicating move-in/move-out information
- Supervising the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders under your authority
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state
- Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching, and health care services
- Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
Qualifications
Prefer: Prior experience in supervising direct care staff
Skills
Nursing expertise, leadership, communication skills, and ability to handle medical situations effectively.
