Responsibilities
- Research, writing, layout, artwork generation, and posting of daily executive briefings as the voice of the CEO
- Manage a multi-month editorial tracker of upcoming executive briefing topics and interviews
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing the readership of the daily briefing
Qualifications
- Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct independent research, analyze findings, and produce reports with relevant information for OPEN MINDS subscribers.
- The ability to understand and interpret challenging health care policy, technology, and data in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience writing thought leader pieces preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to track multiple tasks and multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good writing and editing skills, with the ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and correct layout.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite and WordPress publishing tools; Proficiency using MS SharePoint and MS Teams
- Strong experience creating PowerPoint presentations and generating artwork.
- Demonstrated proficiency with and working knowledge of computer applications, including, but not limited to, word processing, electronic data transfer programs, e-mail, databases, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cooperatively in person and by telephone with clients and staff.
- A college degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the health and human service field is preferred.
- Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, as well as bending and lifting from a sitting or standing position.
- Ability to travel unattended on an as-needed basis.
