Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.08–$26.42

Responsibilities
Health Care Aides provide support, advocacy, and choice to residents and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident-focused care. As members of the clinical care team, the Health Care Aide assists residents with the activities of daily living including:
- Providing residents with assistance in bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with personal hygiene
- Supporting meal service
- Assisting with mobility and transfers in a safe and caring manner
Requirements
- Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check (satisfactory to the employer)
