Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), implementations, and renewals, ensuring smooth sailing between vendors and internal teams.
- Participate in crafting and supporting clients' strategic plans, aligning solutions with long-term objectives.
- Inspect compliance and disclosure requirements, summary plan documents, and employee communications to ensure they match client expectations and legal standards.
- Act as the main liaison for ongoing client management, coordinating internal resources and nurturing strong relationships.
- Design advanced benefits strategies in partnership with actuarial, communication, pharmacy, and population health teammates to create innovative solutions for complex client needs.
- Provide project management and technical expertise to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
- Analyze data and financial metrics, conduct utilization reviews, and perform peer audits to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Summarize analysis and develop actionable recommendations for clients based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Licensure and Certifications: Life and Health license (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting; proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.

Pay
Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 Annual
