Pay
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

About the role
Health and Beauty associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
