Hourly wage: $14.50 – $27.50 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Health and Beauty Associates focus on customer care and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
