Pay
Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the Role
Health and Beauty Associates focus on two key areas: customer service and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
