About the Role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two key areas: providing excellent customer service and creative merchandising. They are responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Pay
Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
