Health and Beauty Associate
The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:
- Taking care of customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Performing inventory checks
- Assisting customers with product selection and usage
- Managing stock levels and restocking shelves
- Creating seasonal display features
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Additional Compensation
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
