Pay

- Additional compensation:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on two priorities: serving customers and creating compelling seasonal merchandising. Associates move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and design eye-catching seasonal displays to meet customer needs.
