Job Overview
Health and Beauty associates focus on two main tasks: taking care of customers and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and design displays.
Additional Compensation
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
