Job Overview

Health and Beauty associates focus on two main tasks: taking care of customers and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and design displays.

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
