Pay
Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
Schedule
Part-time; available shifts include mid-shift and closing.
About the role
Health and Beauty associates focus on serving customers and executing creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and building seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
