Health and Wellness Intern - Albright College

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district RD and marketing managers to plan events
• Aid in creation of nutrition-related educational materials and promotional graphics
• Support nutrition event execution
• Help with event promotion on social media
• Assist with event promotion on social media
• Help with other dining services and student engagement events as needed
• Assist in training staff as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensure security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in food service, or in a related field preferred but not required
• Fluency in the English language, bilingual or multilingual a plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfort with using technology including web-based software
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
