Health and Wellness Director - LPN

Responsibilities

• Implement, deliver and coordinate resident care services.
• Aid in the translation of the assisted living philosophy into nursing practice.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care delivery system.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor a service plan for each resident.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations.
• Lead, guide, and direct all nursing department employees.
• Implement training programs and in-services for all employees.
• Operate nursing department within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated supervisory and management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
