Health and Wellness Director

What You'll Do

• Oversee all nursing and supportive services for both Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Ensure every resident receives exemplary, personalized care
• Lead, hire, train, and develop all nursing staff and direct care team members
• Direct resident care plans from pre-admission through every stage of ongoing care
• Maintain full compliance with state regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and company policies
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison between residents, families, physicians, and outside consultants
• Support community occupancy and smooth resident transitions
• Manage the nursing department budget and supplies
• Serve as Manager on Duty on scheduled weekends and as backup Executive Director when needed
• Utilize electronic health records to track, document, and optimize resident care outcomes
• Bring empathy and thoughtful guidance to family members as they navigate the complex and emotional journey of aging and memory loss

Who You Are

• A clinician who leads with empathy and executes with precision
• Guides, develops, and inspires a multidisciplinary care team
• Manages competing priorities with composure
• Comfortable with technology and electronic health record systems
• Genuinely passionate about serving older adults and their families

You're required to have:

• Current LVN or RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a nursing administration or management role - preferably in assisted living or long-term care

It's a plus if you have:

• A B.S. in Nursing
• Participation in geriatric professional organizations
