Health and Wellness Director
About the role
The Health and Wellness Director is a wonderful opportunity for a caring LPN or RN. This position assures the quality care of all residents in conjunction with the Executive Director, Health and Wellness Coordinator and Resident Care Coordinator. Training of the Caregivers and Medication Techs in tasks required for a safe and compliant resident care and medication delivery system.
Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities. Ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assess potential residents and current residents. Complete comprehensive evaluation of resident needs and risk/safety evaluations per company policy and state regulatory guidelines.
Work with residents, families, and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management and daily clinical operation supervision
