- Master the patented Stretch Zone protocols to help clients reduce pain and increase athletic performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a "book of business," learning how to convert first-time guests into long-term wellness members.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in daily studio operations, learning the backend systems that make a wellness franchise successful.
- Professional Development: Apply quarterly leadership concepts to mentor newer staff and improve studio culture.
