Health and Welfare Benefits Field Representative
What you'll be doing...
- Explain plan eligibility, benefits, and participation requirements to participants and stakeholders.
- Aid participants with benefit applications, claims, appeals, and eligibility questions.
- Review denied claims and gather documentation to support accurate claim decisions.
- Respond to participant inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professional customer service.
- Conduct meetings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent support.
- Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Who you are...
- Service Minded. Provide superior customer service, every day
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: Previous experience in the benefits and/or Human Resources field
- Communication. Excellent verbal/written communication; bilingual Spanish language skills required
- Flexibility. Daily travel throughout the Bay Area to support participants

If hired, you can expect...
- Starting hourly rate of $33.19 - $44.89 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
