Job Summary

The Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for assisting the Health and Safety Manager with maintaining the health and safety of campers and staff. Cap runs from June 13 through August 2, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on camp hygiene and sanitation practices
• Participate in emergency response drills and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a camp setting or related field preferred
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
