Position Overview

Job Title: Health Alliance Outreach Specialist.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Pay Range: $21.87 - $23.68 hourly depending on education and experience.

Position Goal

The Health Alliance Outreach Specialist provides support and outreach services to the community, including promotion of and enrollment for Hawki and Medicaid programs. In addition, an integral part of this job is building and maintaining partnerships with community human service agencies and medical offices and ensuring completion of Child and Adolescent Health grant activities and action plans.

Qualifications & Conditions Of Employment

  • Education and/or Experience: Associate’s Degree in a Human Services or related field OR At least two (2) years of experience working with a diverse population in a human service capacity or in a dental setting.
  • Conditions of Employment: Valid Driver's License, Valid Car Insurance, Reliable transportation for on-the-job use, Complete Child Abuse Reporter training within six (6) months of employment and update every three (3) years, Complete Bloodborne pathogen training within ten (10) days of employment and update every year.
