We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: Summary (mission statement) maybe "About the role"? There's a summary about mission. Could be "About the role". Then Qualifications section: includes experience/education, competencies, physical requirements note. Duties section: list of duties. Work Schedule: (M-F): 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Telework: Not Authorized etc. So we have schedule info. No explicit Pay or Benefits. So we should not create Pay/Benefits sections. Also maybe "Skills" could be derived from competencies? But we have a Qualifications section that includes competencies; we could treat that as Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have summary/mission -> maybe About the role. Duties -> Responsibilities. Qualifications -> Qualifications (includes experience/education, competencies, physical requirements). Work Schedule -> Schedule. No Skills separate; but we could include Skills under Qualifications or maybe not create Skills heading if no specific skills list beyond competencies. Could treat competencies as Skills? But better to follow instruction: only create sections when posting has real, specific content. The posting lists competencies: Communications, Customer Service (Clerical/Technical), Patient Care, Personnel Security and Safety. Those could be considered Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering experience/education; we could split: Qualifications for experience/education, Skills for competencies. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have headings list includes both; we can choose to use Qualifications only and not Skills. Let's see: The posting includes "You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:" then list. That's like skills/competencies. Could be Skills section. But we also have experience/education qualifications. Might be better to have two sections: Qualifications (experience/education) and Skills (competencies). However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Two sections is fine. Let's do: About the role (summary/mission), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (experience/education), Skills (competencies), Schedule (work schedule). No Benefits/Pay. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For qualifications experience/education we have paragraphs; not a list. For skills we have list of competencies. For duties we have list (though currently as a paragraph with many sentences). We need to convert duties into list items. The duties paragraph includes many items separated by "and". We need to extract each duty as separate list item. Let's parse duties text: "Duties include the transport of non-critical ill patientsthe pickup and delivery of items such as specimens and clinical reportsand messenger service within the Medical CenterTransports Veterans by wheelchair - stretcher - or bed to and from nursing units - clinical laboratories - and other related clinical areasAssists Nurses with transporting critically ill Veterans by maneuvering the stretcher - wheelchair - or bed to the destinationTransports non-critically ill patients throughout the VAMC - which includes multiple separate buildingsMaintains effective interpersonal relationship with patients - significant others and co-workers directed toward patient careEnsures that transport services assigned wheelchairs and stretchers are returned to the transport area for proper utilization and accountability purposesProvides for environmental - patient - and personal safety by using proper body mechanics - safety devices and techniques - and reporting unsafe conditionsTakes corrective action during simple potentially hazardous situations - i.e. - removing objects blocking emergency existsReports any observed emergencies to the appropriate personnelReports any observed changes in the physical appearance and/or character of the Veteran during transport to the appropriate medical personnelDocument's completion of transport tasksProvides backup duties which may include filing - answering telephone - and receptionist activities as needed for transport Center for Development and Civic EngagementEngages in proper telephone etiquette when answering the telephonePerforms other related duties as assigned" We need to split into sensible items. Let's identify each duty: 1. Transport of non-critical ill patients 2. Pickup and delivery of items such as specimens and clinical reports 3. Messenger service within the Medical Center 4. Transports Veterans by wheelchair, stretcher, or bed to and from nursing units, clinical laboratories, and other related clinical areas 5. Assists Nurses with transporting critically ill Veterans by maneuvering the stretcher, wheelchair, or bed to the destination 6. Transports non-critically ill patients throughout the VAMC (which includes multiple separate buildings) 7. Maintains effective interpersonal relationship with patients, significant others and co-workers directed toward patient care 8. Ensures that transport services assigned wheelchairs and stretchers are returned to the transport area for proper utilization and accountability purposes 9. Provides for environmental, patient, and personal safety by using proper body mechanics, safety devices and techniques, and reporting unsafe conditions 10. Takes corrective action during simple potentially hazardous situations (e.g., removing objects blocking emergency exits) 11. Reports any observed emergencies to the appropriate personnel 12. Reports any observed changes in the physical appearance and/or character of the Veteran during transport to the appropriate medical personnel 13. Documents completion of transport tasks 14. Provides backup duties which may include filing, answering telephone, and receptionist activities as needed for transport 15. Engages in proper telephone etiquette when answering the telephone 16. Performs other related duties as assigned Also there is "Center for Development and Civic Engagement" maybe part of backup duties? We'll keep as separate? It appears after backup duties: "Provides backup duties which may include filing - answering telephone - and receptionist activities as needed for transport Center for Development and Civic EngagementEngages in proper telephone etiquette when answering the telephone". Might be two separate: backup duties (filing, answering telephone, receptionist) and then engages in proper telephone etiquette. We'll keep as separate items. Now Qualifications: Experience/education: Must possess 3 months of any type of work that demonstrates ability to perform the work of the position - or experience that provided familiarity with subject matter... OR Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Also note about volunteer experience counting. Physical requirements note referencing VA Directive. We'll include as paragraphs. Skills: list of competencies: Communications, Customer Service (Clerical/Technical), Patient Care, Personnel Security and Safety. Schedule: Work Schedule: (M-F): 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Telework: Not Authorized Virtual: This is not a virtual position Position Description/PD#: Health Aid/PD22097A Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Approved Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized We need to output schedule as maybe a paragraph or list? Since it's not a list, we can use

. The schedule includes multiple items; we could keep as a paragraph. Now we must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. Now produce HTML fragment:
