About the role

Community Horizons assists members to live a self-directed life in the living space of their choosing. We are seeking a compassionate In-home Support Aid to provide passionately person-centered, flexible care to a member in Sparta, WI.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping
• Personal care assistance
• Companionship care
• Transfer and walking assistance
• Other tasks around the home

Ideal Candidate

• Punctual and timely
• Dependable
• Cares about cleanliness
• Kind mannered
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required

Member preferences

• Ambulatory with assistance
• Enjoys watching classic TV and movies
• Enjoys time with her grandson
• Enjoys conversating
• Prefers a clean space

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

Part-time; weekday mornings and evenings, as well as every other weekend (typically 1-hour shifts)
