About the role

The Department of Neurology at SUNY Upstate Medical University seeks a Headache Neurologist to join the largest program in the area, step into an established and active patient base, and help rebuild the headache program. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with approximately 40 neurology faculty in an academic environment
• Join a department in a transformative phase with an ambitious growth vision
• Be part of a growing department and step into an established and active patient base – serve a catchment across 20+ counties and approximately 2 million people
• Work a weekday schedule that includes protected time for non-clinical work (based on interest)
• Pursue an optional leadership path with an opportunity to rebuild the headache program
• Practice within comprehensive services, including a Neuro ICU and stroke center
• Access outpatient specialty clinics: epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular, headache, MS/neuroimmunology, sleep, pediatric neurology, Neuro-Ophthalmology

$270,000.00 - $325,000.00
