Head Youth Tennis Coach

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Lead Tennis Coach to lead engaging tennis programs for children. You will focus on skill development, teamwork, and fostering a love for the game. Your role includes planning and executing tennis lessons, mentoring junior coaches, and ensuring a fun, positive learning environment. You will inspire young athletes through individualized coaching, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tennis lessons for youth
• Mentor junior coaches
• Create a fun and educational environment for learning
• Provide individualized coaching to young athletes
• Promote sportsmanship and teamwork
• Maintain reliable transportation to various coaching locations

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching youth athletes in tennis
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate children
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
