Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging tennis programs for children
- Mentor junior coaches
- Create a fun and positive learning environment
- Provide individualized coaching and foster skill development
- Foster sportsmanship and teamwork in all activities
Requirements
- Previous experience coaching youth athletes in tennis
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate children
- Reliable transportation to various coaching locations
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
