Head Youth Tennis Coach

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Lead Tennis Coach to lead engaging tennis programs for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game. You will plan and execute tennis lessons, mentor junior coaches, and ensure a fun, positive learning environment. This role is ideal for skilled tennis players with prior coaching experience who are eager to lead and inspire young athletes through individualized coaching, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tennis lessons for youth programs
• Mentor junior coaches
• Create a fun and educational environment for learning
• Provide individualized coaching to young athletes
• Promote sportsmanship and teamwork in all activities

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching youth athletes in tennis
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate children
• Reliable transportation to various coaching locations
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
