Head Wrestling Wrestling Coach 2026-2027 Season

Paynesville Independent School District #741 is in search of a Head Wrestling Coach for the 2026-2027 season.

About the Role

This position is responsible for coaching the Paynesville wrestling team while maintaining the team and program within the guidelines and philosophies of the Paynesville Area Schools Activities Department and the MSHSL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the wrestling team and program in alignment with district and MSHSL guidelines and philosophies.
• Demonstrate behaviors that foster socially acceptable character development and self-discipline.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes, staff, coaches, and the community.
• Comply with and support all rules and regulations of the MSHSL and Paynesville Area Schools.
• Serve as an example of sportsmanship.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

$4,750.66 - $5,589.01 per season.
