Head Women's Bowling Coach
About the role
The Head Women’s Bowling Coach oversees all aspects of the program including practice and game preparation, budget management, fundraising, scheduling, scouting, recruiting, roster management, gear and equipment, and working with the home practice facility personnel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, USBC, and MAAC policies and procedures.
- Promote academic excellence, integrity, and graduation by working closely with the Athletic Academic Advisor and the Office of Compliance.
- Prepare, manage, and maximize program operating budget with established fundraising goals.
- Direct and manage the women’s bowling program recruiting efforts.
- Order and maintain appropriate uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
- Aid Sports Information with statistics, press releases, publications, and social media content.
- Lead efforts to enhance the overall student-athlete experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- Collegiate playing experience and a proven track record of coaching at appropriate and progressive levels, demonstrating thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Current driver’s license for transportation of university vehicles.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- CPA and first aid certified.

Pay
$50,000-$54,000/year (Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.)
