Essential Job Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Leadership, team management, and recruitment/retention efforts of student-athletes
• Oversee training, development, and mentoring of student-athletes to maximize their athletic potential
• Serve as a mentor to student-athletes outside of their sport
• Design game plans and manage the day-to-day operations of the team
