Head Coach - Women's Bowling

Essential Job Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing The core responsibilities needed for this role include: leadership, team management, and recruitment/retention efforts of student-athletes. The head women's bowling coach will oversee the training, development, and mentoring of student-athletes to maximize their athletic potential and serve as a mentor outside of their sport. They will also design game plans and manage the day-to-day operations of their team. Reason For The Role Coaches, especially head coaches, are essential connectors between Maryville’s strategic vision and the day-to-day experiences of student-athletes, ensuring that athletics is a powerful vehicle for engagement and community impact. Additionally, head coaches champion academic and athletic achievement to support the holistic development of student-athletes.
