Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls, with precision and consistency.
• Ensure all ingredients meet the highest standards for freshness.
• Partner with front-of-house staff to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace.
• Manage inventory and communicate supply needs proactively.
• Uphold presentation and service standards for every seating.

Pay

Weekly guarantee based on experience, inclusive of hourly wages and tips.
