Responsibilities
- Assist the Classroom Manager in preparing and conducting lesson plans that provide a developmentally age- and stage-appropriate curriculum
- Utilize developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program’s philosophy and Creative Curriculum
Requirements
- Two-year Associate Degree in Child Care and Development through a technical college and one year of classroom experience working directly with children ages 0-5
- or Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or a Registry Level of 6 or greater and two years of experience working directly with children ages 0-5
- Must provide a copy of unofficial transcripts or certificate from the WI Registry or class
- Must be able to work effectively with multi-cultural children and families
