Education and/or Experience

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going coaching for staff that supports effective teaching practices and leads to positive outcomes for children
• Work collaboratively with staff to enhance teaching practices
