Responsibilities
- Provide training and technical assistance (TTA) on school readiness and family engagement
- Guide programs in implementing child assessment and curriculum development
- Enhance teacher-child interactions using assessment tools like CLASS
- Support the development of effective coaching models for educators
- Promote family engagement strategies based on the PFCE Framework
- Coordinate TTA efforts with various specialists to ensure comprehensive support
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or related field
- Minimum of 5 years working with children from birth to age five
- Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in providing technical assistance to educators and childcare providers
- Knowledge of family engagement practices and research-based coaching models
- Proficiency in analyzing data and assisting programs in data-driven decision-making
- Experience in facilitating group discussions and delivering presentations
