About the role

Instructional Support & Adaptation: Assist in planning and implementing daily activities that align with student abilities, interests, and individual educational plans. Inclusion & Specialized Curriculum: Supports school inclusion efforts and assist students in alternate school settings. Skill Enhancement: Identify and create targeted opportunities to boost student skills, specifically encouraging independence in communication and social-emotional growth. Professional Leadership & Motivation: Display consistent enthusiasm and energy to maintain student motivation, cooperation, and active participation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A high school diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Experience working in a preschool, Head Start, or other educational setting with young children is required.
  • Must be at least 19 years old, hold at minimum a high school diploma/GED plus Preschool Child Development Associate.

Qualifications

Schedule

Day shift | PRN | 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
