- Lead and develop the Spirit and Cheer program for both Fall and Winter seasons.
- Plan, organize, and conduct practices and performances.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Coordinate with school administration and athletic department.
