Responsibilities
Administer and promote the softball program in alignment with the mission and goals of Northwestern’s athletic department.
Direct practices, recruit athletes, and develop positive relationships with assistant coaches and athletes.
Incorporate administrative oversight of the indoor Juffer Fieldhouse and other athletic department duties as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the sport of softball
- Experience as a head or assistant softball coach at the college or high school level
- A master’s degree is preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered
