Flexible Working

MAB's core hours are 9:30am–4:30pm. Whether you’re an early bird starting at 8:00am and finishing at 4:30pm, or prefer a later start of 9:30am–6:00pm, there’s flexibility to shape a working pattern that suits you. Our hybrid model blends onsite collaboration with the focus of working from home (some roles offer part-time or condensed hours where possible).
