Head of Total Rewards Operations, U.S. & Canada
About the role
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Head of Total Rewards Operations – U.S. & Canada to lead the execution and delivery of Total Rewards administration across the region. This is a hands-on operational leadership role, responsible for service delivery, controls, and team performance—not strategy or program design.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery across Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and MobilityDrive
- Performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Controls & Compliance
- Own SOPs, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax rules, and company policies
- Pricing & Reporting
- Partner with Audit, Legal, and Finance on SOX controls and reviews
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risk
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a multi-functional operations team
- Provide guidance on complex cases and escalations
- Drive accountability, ownership, and performance standards
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Partner with HRIS/IT on Workday, Dayforce, and system enhancements
- Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency
- Manage operational calendars and workflows
- Reporting & Financial Alignment
- Oversee reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
- Partner with Payroll and Finance on accruals, costing, and financial integrity
Requirements
- Must-Have:
- 10+ years in HR/Total Rewards operations
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Experience across multiple Total Rewards functions (not siloed)
- Strong background in controls, compliance, and audit (SOX preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar)
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments
- Nice-to-Have:
- Shared services or global delivery model experience
- Certifications (CEBS, CCP, GPHR)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Pay, Benefits & Schedule
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $189,950 - $261,184 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
