The Head of Technology Alliances is seeking a strategic leader to shape and scale a global technology partner ecosystem within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the technology alliances strategy
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Create bilateral commercial models
- Establish revenue targets and partnership objectives
- Lead technical go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, product, and engineering teams
- Manage, mentor, and scale a global technology alliances team
- Influence product strategy
- Represent the organization at strategic partner meetings
Requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development roles
- Proven experience creating and executing partnership strategies
- Strong background in negotiating and managing commercial partnership models
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
- Understanding of enterprise technology platforms, security solutions, collaboration tools, or related markets
- Ability to translate partner requirements into actionable product and user experience improvements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business judgment
- Experience delivering technical training and enablement programs
