Head of Talent/Talent Specialist

About The Role

As Head of Talent/Talent Specialist, you will develop infrastructure and processes to improve Iliad's hiring process as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to design roles and assessment criteria
• Proactively source candidates and manage candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent Iliad's mission compellingly to candidates
• Experience recruiting is a strong plus, but not strictly required
• Comfort working with ambiguity and making sound judgments with incomplete information
• Comfort working with distributed teams and working remotely
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to events in the US and UK
• Genuine interest in AI alignment is a plus but not required

Salary: $60,000–$120,000 depending on experience and location. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
