About the role
The Head of Talent Acquisition manages full-cycle talent acquisition for ASG across all roles, with a particular emphasis on creative, media production, and technical positions. This strategic leader is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing recruiting and staffing strategies that attract a diverse and qualified talent pool. The position works closely with hiring managers to address organizational needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a remote role for candidates within NY Metro, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
