About the role

Nuro is seeking a talented individual to join our rapidly growing team. This role will play a crucial part in Nuro's strategic shift towards licensing its autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain licensing agreements with automotive manufacturers and technology companies
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the successful deployment of Nuro’s technology
• Provide strategic guidance on the commercialization of Nuro’s autonomous driving technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property, licensing, or similar roles
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex licensing deals
• Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations

Skills

• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
