Head of Strategic Finance

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support debt and equity financing activities, including equity raises and refinancing
• Lead execution of S-1 drafting and IPO preparation
• Optimize leverage, liquidity, and interest rate exposure across the capital structure
• Drive M&A execution support alongside senior leadership
• Own external-facing positioning materials for investors and management

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Expertise in M&A execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
• Hands-on experience with IPO preparation including S-1 drafting
• Strong external communication skills with experience in investor-facing materials
• Ability to operate independently and drive projects from idea to execution
