Engineering$100k–$140k/yrFull-time

About the role

Architect the strategy, own the software, and bridge the gap between global innovation and North American impact.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role requiring a rare blend of enterprise sales execution, commercial strategy, and technical product advocacy.

Commercial & GTM Strategy

  • Perform deep-dive "white-space" analysis to identify, prioritize, and capture high-ROI verticals (Fleet, Retail, CPO) based on long-term Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Navigate complex regulatory and funding landscapes to position our portfolio for major commercial funding cycles.

Enterprise Revenue Execution

  • Own the software revenue quota for the North American market, maximizing software attachment rates across all hardware deployments.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities (APIs, dynamic load management, remote diagnostics) into clear, high-impact financial value for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate, high-visibility enterprise pipeline in Salesforce to optimize and accelerate complex deal cycles.

Regional Product Advocacy

  • Act as the primary "Voice of the Market" to our global R&D team, synthesizing North American requirements into highly technical business cases.
  • Quantify the "Cost of Inaction" with hard market data to ensure global product teams prioritize the high-ROI features needed to outperform local competitors.

What we offer

  • High-Impact Autonomy: Direct ownership of the North American software revenue engine with a seat at the table to influence our global R&D and product pipeline.
  • Executive Visibility: A high-visibility role with direct access to regional and global executive leadership, positioning you as a key driver of our market valuation.
  • Uncapped Commercial Incentive: A highly competitive executive compensation package featuring an uncapped variable structure directly tied to your software revenue and attachment success.
  • Strategic Support: Access to our established enterprise hardware pipeline, providing an immediate, warm foundation for cross-selling and software attachment.

What do we expect from you?

  • The "Builder" (5+ Years Experience): You have a proven track record of scaling an enterprise software business or territory from the ground up, with at least 2+ years specifically navigating the transition from "early adopter" to "market leader."
  • Industry Fluency: You have deep roots in EV Charging Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Fleet Management, or Grid Infrastructure. You understand that software isn't an "add-on"—it’s the essential intelligence that solves infrastructure gaps.
  • A Technical Translator: You can talk shop with an IT Director about APIs in the morning and discuss TCO with a CFO in the afternoon.
  • Analytically Rigorous: You don't guess; you use registration data, market metrics, and grant maps to build your commercial strategy.
  • A Cross-Border Collaborator: You’ve worked with international corporate environments before and know how to build rapport and drive alignment across time zones and cultures.
  • Commercially Sharp: You deeply understand the SaaS financial model (ARR, LTV, CAC) and how software margins drive overall company valuation.
