Key Responsibilities
- Further develop and execute an early-stage sales and partnerships strategy for staffing and recruiting customers
- Identify, qualify and nurture prospects across staffing firms, in-house recruiting teams and ecosystem partners
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract, including discovery, demos, business cases and negotiation
- Collaborate with the founder to refine Centh's narrative, ROI story and positioning based on what you hear in the field
- Build and manage a pipeline from outbound, inbound and partner channels, tracking progress and forecasts
- Work closely with product and engineering to relay customer needs, objections and opportunities back into the roadmap
- Explore and structure partnerships with ATS vendors, consultancies and other ecosystem players that can accelerate adoption
- Establish the foundations of our GTM playbook, including messaging, collateral and repeatable processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to sell and close complex B2B software deals, ideally in SaaS, data or workflow products
- Comfort selling into leadership roles in staffing, recruiting, HR or operations, or into similar buyer personas
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, problem framing and building compelling ROI stories
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in live conversations and written follow-ups
- Willingness to be very hands-on in the early stages—prospecting, running demos, and iterating on messaging
- Experience with partnerships or channel development is a plus
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting ecosystem is a plus, not a requirement
