About the role
The Head of Sales Operations & Enablement is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and enablement functions within the company. This includes managing processes, ensuring efficiency, and providing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales operations including lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance the sales team’s performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
