Job Summary

The client is a growing financial services provider focusing on private wealth and funds sectors. They are seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance for their Jersey operation due to recent business growth and a merger.

About the role

This senior role will integrate frameworks post-merger and will be responsible for:

• Acting as the senior point of contact for regulators and auditors regarding trust and funds licenses.
• Leading and formulating change in regulatory reporting and implementations.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Senior roles in risk and compliance.
• Experience in integrating frameworks following mergers.
• Experience in leading and formulating change in regulatory reporting and implementations.
