About the role

We are seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to own regulatory strategy, agency engagement, and compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards. You will lead submissions and certifications, monitor regulatory change, and advise leadership on impact.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in regulatory affairs / compliance, including leadership.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Agency Engagement: Experience engaging regulators and standards bodies.
  • Submissions: Track record managing filings and certifications.
  • Analytical: Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Strong cross-functional communication.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.

Qualifications

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $245,000 to $300,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
