Head of Program & Portfolio Management - SerDes Networking Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Program Management team for SerDes Networking Solutions
• Drive project portfolio and pipeline management to align investments with business strategies
• Oversee program definition activities including market input and execution strategies
• Act as a partner to Product Line leadership for portfolio decision making
• Ensure disciplined planning and risk management across cross-functional teams
• Provide high-quality internal and external reporting on program status and risks
• Support the integration of Aviva Links into the company’s operational processes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or high-tech industries, with significant leadership roles
• Prominent track record in managing large, cross-functional projects with substantial budgets
• Strong background in complex system development including HW, SW, validation, and qualifications
• Excellent business and financial acumen with a strategic mindset

$220,400 – $303,100 annually
